Work off that Turkey with this Black Friday Workout.


Seated arm curls- 10 sets 10 reps each at 10 lbs each side.

Seated Arm Curls


bench press 5 sets at 12 reps 25 lbs each side.

atlas push ups between benches.

walking lunges 20 lbs. 5 sets at 20 reps.

Oblique bends on machine 5 sets at 10 reps each side.

Back bends
