My current split is alternating upper and lower body every other day.
200 laying leg presses
30 waking lunges
50 calf raises
Stationary Bike – 10 minutes
200 reverse crunches
10 minute jump rope
Nike Training Club – Alpha Abs 15 minute workout
bicep curls run the rack starting at 40 lbs. down to 5 lb. 10 reps each side
reverse fly 10 sets at 10 reps alternate b/t 15 – 20 lbs.
